To replace a broken screen youll need a T4 or T5 (they used both during production) Torx (star) type screwdriver, a plastic knife and maybe some tweezers if the little LED flash comes off the cover. NOTICE FOR TECHNICIANS: Yes I do know about the middle 2 screws and the slim black panel round the middle that should be taken off. BUT if the antenna comes off because the clips have been damaged and little volume rocker falls out it would be very hard for a non-technical person to put it back correctly.
